Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Late cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the session being deducted from any package or charged in full for single bookings. No‑Shows If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us, the session will be lost or charged in full. Arrival Please arrive on time for your appointment. Treatments take place in a private garden treatment room with access via the side gate. Mobile Appointments If you select a mobile appointment, please ensure: Suitable space for the massage table A warm, clean environment Parking available nearby If the therapist cannot safely set up, the appointment may be cancelled and the session deducted. Health & Safety Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries or allergies when booking. If you arrive unwell or with a condition that makes treatment unsafe, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
